CF 50 Disc Finishing Machine with automatic granulate return

A CF 50 machine with zero gap system was integrated into an existing fully automatic installation.

The requirements were as follows:

• Integrate into existing space
• Integrate into existing control system
• No mixing of workpieces
• Gentle workpiece transfer
• Automatic recycling of abrasive media
• No mixing of abrasive media

This machine was integrated into the customer’s installation, put into operation and tested. All of the customer’s requirements were fulfilled.
