This granulate is unimpregnated and must be impregnated with a grinding or polishing paste prior to first use.
Dosage: 5 – 10 teaspoons / 5 kg walnut shell granulate
Walnut shell granulate impregnated with polishing paste
This granulate is impregnated with a polishing pastr so that no further polishing paste need be added for the first three or four batches.
Walnut shell granulate impregnated with PP01 polishing powder
H3/100: Grain size 1.7-2.4 mm for smoothing, edge rounding and polishing of workpieces in hard materials such as carbide and porcelain.
H3/400: Grain size 0.4-0.8 mm. As H3/100 but because of the finer grain gives less edge rounding and a good polish. Maximum attainable edge rounding for carbide tools: 8 µm.
Walnut shell granulate impregnated with PP02 polishing powder
H4/400: Grain size 0.4-0.8 mm. As H3/400 but because of the finer grain of PP02, gives less edge rounding and a better shine. Best results when polishing carbide tools. Also suitable for removing droplets. Maximum degree of edge rounding attainable for carbide tools: 8µm.

Corn granulate impregnated with PP02
M4/300: Grain size 0.8-1.3 mm. Very soft polishing granulate. Especially suitable for producing very smooth, highly polished surfaces e.g for implants.
Corn granulate impregnated with PP04
M5/300: Grain size 0.8-1.3 mm. Very soft polishing granulate. Especially suitable for producing smooth, highly polished scratch-free surfaces, e.g. for implants.

H /020: 4 - 8 mm; H /030: 4.0 - 6.0 mm; H /050: 2.4 - 4.0 mm; H /100: 1.7 - 2.4 mm
H /200: 1.3 - 1.7 mm; H /300: 0.8 - 1.3 mm; H /400: 0.4 - 0.8 mm; H /500: 0.2 - 0.4 mm
