Plastic bonded:
Here the abrasive material is bonded in polyester resin.
- Properties:
Low density, soft basis material. - Area of application:
Mainly for the grinding and polishing of non-ferrous metals.
Ceramic bonded:
Here the abrasive material is bonded in ceramic.
- Properties:
High density, hard basis material. - Area of application:
Mainly for the grinding of steel alloys.
